Terms of Service

By hiring the artist Taiyokami, you the client agree to these Terms of Service. Failing to adhere to these terms may lead to a ban on future services.

I accept commissions via my Commission Request form. You may contact me first through other means provided if there are any initial questions.

Quick Reference:

• Orders are completed on a first come first serve basis barring extenuating circumstances. My queue can be found here.

• I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

• Work begins after initial payment has been received.

• Prices are detailed here. Additional charges may be added based on the difficulty/intricacy of the picture.

• 2 major changes during the sketching phase are allowed. Additional changes may incur additional charges.

• Unless otherwise agreed upon, I retain the copyright and ownership of the final work to be used in future works or advertisements. You, the client, will receive a personal-use license.

• My work is made on 12x18 in digital canvas unless otherwise agreed upon. I am more than happy to work at higher (or lower) resolution.

How to Order:

• Send an application through the Commission Request Form.

• After I receive your form I will contact you, either through email or Discord if it is preferred, to confirm any details and pricing.

• Upon payment I will begin work and send you a preliminary sketch/draft, delivery time will depend on the current queue. During this time you may request adjustments and/or major changes. 

• I will contact you when the commission is done to receive the final payment (if necessary) after which I will send the final draft as a PNG unless otherwise requested.

• More expensive/extensive works may require a separate contract.
